As I was leaning against a wall, with my camera around my neck while writing in my notebook, Vince walks up to me and says, "How about this for a picture?"
He goes to the nearest traffic post, wraps one hand around it, and hangs from it making a 'V' shape with his body and the post. Vincent had a jovial demeanor while making different faces and posing for the camera.
"I love making people smile while I'm walking around."
